ea33 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the ea33 platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are clearly described here.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ea33 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and all its users ("User", "you", "your"). By using the ea33 website, app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Important: You must be at least 21 years old and online gaming must be legally permitted in your area. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the ea33 platform. We do not allow minors to open accounts. If any user opens an account by providing a false age, that account will be immediately cancelled and any funds held may be forfeited.

1.2 Single Account

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

1.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be completely accurate and up to date. Your name, mobile number, email, and payment method details must be real and belong to you. ea33 reserves the right to cancel accounts and freeze funds if false information is provided.

Identity Verification: ea33 may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if the requested documents are not provided in a timely manner.

2. Account Management Rules

2.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the ea33 support team immediately.

2.2 Account Sharing Prohibited

Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the registered individual only.

2.3 Account Funds

Funds held in your account may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes. Account balances cannot be transferred to another person.

  • If an account remains inactive, ea33's service terms may be subject to change.
  • If suspicious activity is detected, ea33 may temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is complete.
  • Any erroneous credits resulting from a technical error will be corrected immediately.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ea33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal Time: After a successful request, funds typically reach your account within 10–45 minutes.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements related to the bonus have been met.
  • Multiple simultaneous withdrawal requests may take additional time to process.

3.4 Transaction Accuracy

It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure that the mobile number and account details provided during deposit or withdrawal are correct. ea33 will not be held responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

Please note: Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
  • There may be a maximum bet amount per wager when using bonus funds.
  • Separate terms apply to free spins or special promos and will be communicated with the offer.
  • ea33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
  • Bonus codes can only be used within a specified validity period.

4.4 VIP Program

The ea33 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback rewards:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
  • Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Higher tiers can be reached through continued active participation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Policy

The outcome of any bet or game on the ea33 platform is considered final and cannot be changed. Bets settled incorrectly due to a technical error may be reviewed.

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. A general example to understand betting markets: in a Bangladesh vs India match, you can place a bet on either team in the money line market.

  • Bets will be settled based on the official result of each event.
  • If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets may be refunded or special conditions will apply.
  • ea33 reserves the right to void bets if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games, including slots, live casino, and fishing games, are operated according to specific rules. The rules for each game can be found in the game interface. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

5.4 Progressive Jackpot

For jackpot games, identity and account verification may be mandatory before winnings are settled. There may be an option to receive large winnings in instalments.

6. Responsible Gaming

ea33 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

6.1 Self-Limits

Users can set their own deposit, bet, or loss limits. Contact the support team to change these limits.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
  • Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's software
  • Using a false identity or documents
  • Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account

Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of held funds, and legal action where necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 Third-Party Services

ea33 is not directly responsible for delays or failures caused by server-side issues with payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or game suppliers.

9.3 User Responsibility

It is entirely the user's responsibility to stay informed about local laws regarding online gaming in their area and to comply with those laws. ea33 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any outstanding balance before closing your account.

10.2 Suspension by ea33

ea33 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

  • If a breach of terms and conditions is proven
  • If fraud or illegal activity is suspected
  • If identity verification fails
  • If operation of multiple accounts is detected
  • If bonus abuse is confirmed

10.3 Funds After Suspension

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms and conditions, ea33 reserves the right to determine the method of returning any remaining valid funds after deducting any forfeitable bonuses or winnings.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ea33 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
